Hello to all the people reading this. Some of you may know me, but hopefully most of you will not. I am tired of being the biggest one out of all my friends, I am sick and tired of being unhappy with myself. I do my best not to show how truly disappointed I am with myself and my body, but I am done. So from here on today, this is how it will be. I am going to be perfect and I am going to be perfect now.
What I have eaten today; A cup of Oatmeal and an Apple.
I am also training for Volleyball season, so I am going to incorporate Jillian Michaels “30 Day Shred” and “Buns and Thighs” videos. As well, as P90X (Ab Ripper X) following with a 3 mile run.
CW - 130 pounds.
GW (1) - 120 pounds.
GW (2) - 115 pounds.
GW (3) - 110 pounds.
UGW - 105 pounds.
